Creative Graphic Designer for Diverse Projects

I am working on various projects that require a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling assets that enhance marketing effectiveness. The goal is to create engaging, conversion-driven, and brand-aligned designs for advertising and content marketing. This role is ideal for someone who excels in digital design, ad creatives, and marketing visuals while ensuring brand consistency. Responsibilities: ✅ Design ad creatives for Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing platforms. ✅ Develop banners, social media posts, website graphics, email templates, and marketing collateral. ✅ Create e-books, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and cheat sheets that ✅ Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. ✅ Follow a predefined design framework for different projects and deliver within deadlines. Requirements: ✔ 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing and advertising. ✔ Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). ✔ Experience in creating ad creatives, landing page designs, and social media graphics. ✔ Understanding of color psychology, typography, and visual hierarchy for marketing impact. ✔ Ability to adapt designs for different industries, platforms, and audience preferences. ✔ Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently. ✔ A strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven and conversion-focused design work. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): • Experience in motion graphics, GIFs, and video overlays. • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and website design elements. • Knowledge of A/B testing and optimizing designs for conversions.
