Complete & Enhance My 3D Logo Animation of atom & sub atomic particles

I got 3D logo and a small animation of my brand name made from a designer cum animator. But he left the work in between and ran away with my money. Now I need someone to complete his work. Logo and animation is already designed. Only it has to be made better and animation needs to be completed The logo contains atom which will consist of 3 protons of saffron color , 3 neutrons of green color in the nucleus and 3 electrons of red color will slowly orbit the nucleus. Protons will emit positive yellow rays and nucleus will also move very slowly Pls see existing logo & animation attached with this project
