Sage Accounting Quotation Automation

I'm seeking assistance to automate the process of creating quotations in Sage Accounting from my Outlook emails.

Key Requirements:

- I need most fields in the quotation to be populated from the input of an email.

- Specific fields to be extracted include the Sender's Name, Email Subject, and Email Body Content.

- The ability to handle multiple quotations from different emails. The format of the email will remain consistent and I would like to pull data from multiple fields.
