About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Engagement Specialist to manage client interactions on our digital platform. Your primary responsibility will be to foster meaningful connections with clients, ensuring they feel valued and engaged. This role requires a blend of creativity, empathy, and sales acumen to enhance client satisfaction and drive service utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients in real-time, responding to messages promptly and maintaining a personable demeanor.
- Service Promotion: Inform clients about exclusive offerings, promotions, and updates, encouraging service utilization.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to inform service strategies and improve overall client experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Written English: Demonstrates strong grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
- Fast Typing Speed: Minimum of 50-60 WPM to handle high-volume messaging efficiently.
- Comfortable Mimicking a Persona: Ability to adapt to the client's mannerisms, tone, and personality.
- Consistent Internet and Power: 99.9% reliability with at least 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
- Basic Social Media Knowledge: Understands how platforms like Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc., operate.
- Effective Communication: Willingness to relay information and be available for team communications during work hours.
- Sales Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with concepts like cross-selling and emotional selling.
- Emotional Resilience: Ability to remain calm and represent the client positively in all situations.
- Desire for Growth: A drive to improve work skills and personal development.
- Strong Emotional Intelligence: Can interpret emotions through text and respond in ways that build emotional connections.
- Reliable & Consistent Availability: Can work within expected timeframes and maintain prompt response times.
- Access to Two Monitors (Preferred): Enhances efficiency in managing tasks.
- After training you must continue to show you are capable of keeping up with key performance indicators.
Compensation and Benefits
- $1/hour USD + 10% Commission on sales
- 2% of Total Agency Revenue will be split between all employees
