3D Renders of Commercial Building

I'm looking for a skilled 3D artist to create up to 5 high-quality renders of a commercial building. The project includes both the building's exterior and several internal rooms. If the quality of work meets my expectations, I will have more rendering projects in the future.

Please provide individual prices for each render. The initial set will be a test for potential long-term collaboration.
