QR Code Generation Tool

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a robust QR code generation tool. The tool must include: - User Information Collection: It should request PDF FILE, 'bussines type', 'phone', and 'email' from the user to generate the QR code. - We must save QR path in database in order to build a QR GALLERY - QR Code Generation: The tool must be able to create/generate QR codes and short links. - Customizable QR Design: It should allow users to customize the QR design, including design patterns, frame, logo, background color, borders, and scanability level,Customize external eye pattern - Previous Design Selection: Users should have the ability to choose from previous QR designs. - Mobile Mockup Display: The tool must show the QR in a mobile mockup. - Server-side Processing: All server-side processing should include a loader. - Sharing Options: The tool must allow sharing of the QR link, printing the QR, and downloading the QR in different quality options (500, 1000, 4000) in PNG/JPG format. - Embedding Capability: It should generate an embed QR code for other web pages. In addition, a CMS is required to: - List Current QR Codes: The CMS should list current QR codes, allowing filtering by active/inactive status, date, 'Tipo negocio', and country (determined by the first digits of the mobile number). - Load Media: It must allow loading videos/images in designated sections - Load/Create frames. - Load qr examples Lastly, a subdomain should be created for each QR client.
