Job Description: Excel Advanced Formula Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking an Excel Advanced Formula Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in advanced Excel formulas, functions, data analysis, automation, and reporting. This role involves developing complex formulas, optimizing spreadsheets, and ensuring efficient data handling for business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement advanced Excel formulas (e.g., INDEX-MATCH, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IFERROR, INDIRECT, OFFSET, ARRAYFORMULA).
Create and manage pivot tables, charts, and dashboards for data visualization.
Automate tasks using Excel VBA (Macros) and Power Query to improve workflow efficiency.
Clean, structure, and analyze large datasets using data validation, conditional formatting, and Power Pivot.
Troubleshoot errors in formulas and provide solutions to improve spreadsheet functionality.
Collaborate with different teams to gather requirements and create customized Excel reports.
Maintain and improve existing Excel models, ensuring accuracy and performance.
Train and support team members on best practices for using Excel effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven expertise in advanced Excel formulas and functions.
Experience in Excel automation using VBA Macros, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle and manipulate large datasets efficiently.
Familiarity with data visualization techniques and dashboard creation.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
(Optional) Knowledge of SQL, Python (for data analysis), or Power BI is a plus.
