CCTV Live View Overwrite Software

I'm looking for a software developer to create a program that can overwrite live CCTV footage with still images or pre-recorded clips. The software should be compatible with my Digital/IP CCTV system and operate on Windows. Key features should include: - Real-time running timestamp: The time stamp on the footage needs to be continuously running, even when live footage is swapped for pre-recorded clips. - Automated swapping: The software should be able to automatically swap between live footage and pre-recorded clips based on motion detection. Ideal candidates for this project should have prior experience with CCTV systems, particularly Digital/IP systems, and be proficient in developing software for Windows.
