Classic 3D Renders - 2 Internal, 2 External

I'm looking for a designer to create four medium to high detail 3D renders for me: two external and two internal. External Renders: - Both will be set during the daytime, with landscaping included. Simple colour change and logo placement for existing business require for one render and a mural based design (artwork to be provided) on the other. Internal Renders: - These will be classic-style interiors. The same interior will be mocked up twice with two alternate reception desk options. Ideal skills and experience for the job include: - Proficiency in 3D modelling software - Experience in creating classic-style renders - Understanding of medium-detail requirements - Ability to incorporate landscaping into external renders - Keen eye for classic interior design More work available if I'm happy. Please provide a broken down quote for cost of each render and how many revisions are included.
