Job Description: Automating Contract Approval and Signing Process
Project Overview
We need to automate the contract approval and signing process using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, SharePoint, and DocuSign.
Workflow Steps
Contract Creation – A user uploads a contract to SharePoint.
Approval Process – The document is sent to responsible employees for approval.
Digital Signing – After approval, the contract is sent for signing via DocuSign.
Storage & Tracking – The signed document is saved in SharePoint, and history is logged.
Notifications & Reports – Status updates and reminders via Teams & Outlook.
Requirements
Automate contract workflow using Power Automate.
