Freelance Lead Generation Specialist (University Admissions) We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented freelance lead generation specialist to drive student inquiries and applications for our university programs. This role focuses on outbound calling and lead qualification to build a robust pipeline of prospective students. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound calls to potential students, providing information about our university programs and addressing their inquiries. 2. Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria, identifying students who are a good fit for our programs. 3. Maintain accurate records of all calls and lead information in our CRM system. 4. Schedule appointments for admissions counselors to follow up with qualified leads. 5. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets. 6. Stay up-to-date on our university's programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options. 7. Adhere to all university policies and procedures regarding student recruitment and data privacy. Provide regular updates on progress and challenges. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a related field, preferably within the education sector. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospective students. 3. Strong phone presence and active listening skills. 4. Ability to clearly and concisely explain complex information. 5. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent record-keeping skills. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. 7. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic. 8.
