I'm in need of a dedicated Customer Service Representative who specializes in handling chat support. The role primarily involves:
- Answering customer queries: You'll be the friendly face helping our customers through their inquiries. This requires patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Processing orders: You'll assist in ensuring our customers' orders are handled smoothly and efficiently.
- Providing product information: Offer detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Resolving complaints: Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow-up communications: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer queries are resolved and they are satisfied.
- Upselling and cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services during chat interactions.
The ideal candidate will have experience with LiveChat, as this is our preferred platform. If you're a fast typist, have a knack for customer service, and can work well under pressure, I would love to hear from you.
