I am looking for a freelancer to develop a web application with the following features:
- Collect user details (name, address, email, phone number).
- Integrate a chat function.
- Integrate a payment method.
This application will focus on users in the Philippines. Design choices will be left to the freelancer's discretion, as this is a small personal project aiming for long-term collaboration. The initial budget is around $5-$6, but I plan to expand it as we progress.
