Solve the problem "Video isn't on a watch page" and improve my SEO

"Video isn't on a watch page" is a problem I'm encountering in the Google search console. I want to create "watch pages" on my website that ensure the videos I host on those pages do get indexed by Google. You will need to advise how best to position those pages in my News blog, or elsewhere so they get relevance. My ideal outcome is that Google lists my videos in it's search results for my most desired search terms; port stephens quad biking, quad biking port stephens, quad bike port stephens, port stephens quad bike. It's a very small market with only 2 competitors, so this is achievable. The videos on my website are currently hosted on Vimeo. You may need to edit the videos to include more text to achieve the SEO goals? My hosting platform is Weebly. Weebly is easy to use, but we might need to develop a Page Template that is more "watch friendly". If so, you will need to understand HTML editing to create that Template.
