E-Commerce Marketplace Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

Salary: $700 - $1,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to establish and grow our brand’s presence on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about e-commerce, has hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, and is confident in setting up and managing online stores from the ground up.
As our E-Commerce Marketplace Manager, you will take ownership of building our marketplace accounts, optimizing product listings, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring smooth operations to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and establish our brand’s presence on Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research to determine the best strategies for product positioning and pricing.
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings with strong SEO, compelling descriptions, and high-quality visuals.
- Handle order fulfillment processes, including coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery.
- Analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage returns and refunds, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Optimize e-commerce platform functionality for mobile users to enhance user experience.
-Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns and other paid advertising strategies to drive visibility and sales.
- Monitor and optimize product performance through analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure efficient inventory management, pricing adjustments, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and maintain a high seller rating.
- Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, platform policies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitor and manage product reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to ensure product listings are optimized for search engines.
- Develop and execute seasonal promotional campaigns and discounts to drive sales.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing and scaling online stores on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including keyword research, SEO, PPC, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.
