GEM Registration & Tender Management Specialist

Freelancer Required for GEM Registration & Tender Management (Delhi-Based)

Location: Delhi (On-Site Visits Required)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced freelancer who can assist us with Government e-Marketplace (GEM) registration and handle tender-related processes for both government and private institutions. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in documentation, compliance, and bid preparation, with the ability to visit our office in Delhi when required.

Key Responsibilities:

GEM Registration: Complete registration, product listing, and compliance requirements on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal.

Tender Identification & Submission: Research relevant government and private tenders, prepare documentation and ensure timely submission.

Vendor Registration: Register the company with various government and private procurement portals.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all documents are up-to-date and meet regulatory requirements.

Liaison & Follow-Ups: Coordinate with government bodies, private institutions, and vendors to facilitate smooth registration and tendering processes.

Office Visits: Attend meetings and assist in documentation submission at our Delhi office as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience with GEM registration and tender submissions.

Knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance.

Strong documentation and communication skills.

Based in Delhi or willing to travel for office visits.

The project duration is expected to be 2 months and will involve office visits accordingly. Both Private and Government tenders. The project involves managing 5-10 tenders.
