I'm in search of a dynamic and ambitious Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for my startup. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires a visionary with an extensive background in business development, particularly in the IT service industry, and a knack for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work from scratch: This is a startup, so a hands-on approach and the ability to build from the ground up is crucial.
- Daily reporting: I need to be kept in the loop with daily updates on progress and challenges.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic alliances with big players in the technology industry.
- Hire, train, and manage key team members to align with startup’s vision and goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and capitalize on market trends.
- Develop the startup's brand identity, including messaging and market positioning.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and expense management to ensure fiscal health.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Compensation:
- This role operates on a commission basis, earning 0.5% of total business generated.
- The goal is to generate 10 million in sales within 2 years.
